Carol at the Barbie.....

Here's a photo of my bride, Ms. Farmstead, at Jeff's 50th birthday bash, putting the final touches on a huge mass of ribs. (Secret: we smoke our ribs with Hickory for 8 hours, then finish on the grill to glaze on the sauce!).
